Nature

Ecosystems are being increasingly damaged. In the near future there will be no more biodiversity on our planet if we do not stop this.

Goal - Preservation of ecosystems, as there is less and less biodiversity on Earth. Finding a boundary to prevent further destruction. Creating new corridors linking ecosystems for wildlife.

Facts

INSO wants to find environmental protection measures to stop the destruction of nature. With associations such as WWF, Greenpeace or Legambiente we would like to find a demarcation so that biodiversity is preserved and not damaged again. Co-operation between the associations is the basis, because the knowledge of what we need is available to them through many years of experience. As a first topic, INSO wants to make people aware of the current invasion by ivy, especially in northern Europe, where industries are located. A plant that if not brought under control can cause damage to vegetation. It should be clarified why this plant has expanded so much in recent years.

Examples

Since the INSO has chosen the ivy plant as an entry point in environmental protection, this organisation wants to focus on it. In cooperation with other environmental groups, the public must be educated about the importance of keeping ivy under control. Everyone should immediately start clearing the trees in their own garden and forest in order to slow down the growth of the plants. In the case of public forests, individual municipalities must provide for the control and removal of the plant.
