It is increasingly difficult to talk about freedom, especially when it can be manipulated through remote neurotechnologies. Mojmir Babáček talks about this in his latest book, available at the link at the end of this article!
Mojmir Babáček, from the Czech Republic to the World
Born in 1947 in Prague, Czech Republic, Mojmir Babáček graduated from the Charles University in Prague in 1972 with a degree in philosophy and political economy. Since the 1990s, he has been working to help ban devices for remote control of the human nervous system and mind. Neurotechnology, used for military purposes, is a silent enemy that is difficult to recognise. That is why knowledge is needed, and authors like Mojmir Babáček are needed to inform the population.
His latest work, footnoted here, opens with an open letter to readers. Mojmir Babáček asks that this book, which is free, be spread as widely as possible. The more the population is informed, the more they will be able to prevent the strong from exploiting the weak, even without their knowledge.
La Minaccia Psicotronica alla Libertà, a book for knowledge and information
The Psychotronic Threat to Freedom, signed by Mojmir Babáček, is a book that, through facts and official documents, reconstructs the current world situation regarding non-lethal weapons, which are, however, capable of controlling and manipulating the human mind.
These weapons have their roots in the 1950s, when the American secret services began working on Project Artichoke, with the aim of obtaining information even against a person’s will. It was the time of the Cold War, espionage was one of the focal points of US policy, and it is easy to understand the desire at that time: to ferret out Russian infiltrators. However, research on these ‘silent weapons’ never stopped at that time. Today, however, the experiments are still ongoing and there seems to be no real interest in stopping them.
That is why it is essential to inform oneself, to know the current situation and to disseminate any relevant information. Mojmir Babáček’s words are clear, the facts are well explained, although most of the documentation is destroyed by those who carry out these barbaric acts.
What can those who read the book and are in favour of banning these non-lethal weapons do?
At the back of the book you will find petitions calling for a ban on mind control technologies. However, these weapons are still not recognised by the European Parliament, so it is necessary to drop this veil of silence and omertà as soon as possible! Your signature may seem like a small gesture, but it can be crucial in turning the tide of this silent war.
